1. Seller

These terms apply to the distance sale of Astrabyss watches and parts to consumers through this website, email and WhatsApp, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

2. Products and price

The META 300 m automatic is offered in three references (AM01.b Pure Black, AM01.p Polar White, AM01.r Grey Sunburst / Rose) at 720.00 € VAT included. The price includes the integrated bracelet with both clasps, the deployante and the Dive Clasp AM01, and express shipping.

For destinations outside the European Union, any duties and customs taxes are payable by the recipient.

Photos are as faithful as possible; small differences in colour or finish due to the screen or to hand finishing are not defects.

3. Made to order: request and confirmation

Every META is assembled to order in the lab in Italy and progressively numbered. Sending the request form, an email or a WhatsApp message is a request, not a binding order.

The lab replies personally with an order confirmation stating the reference, the price, the delivery time and an individual payment link. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment through that link.

4. Payment

Payment is made through a secure individual link sent by the lab, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or bank transfer. Card data is entered only on the payment provider's secure page and is never seen by the lab. An invoice or receipt is issued for every order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free, with UPS Express, worldwide. Once the watch has been assembled, tested and dispatched, delivery usually takes 48–72 hours. The overall delivery time is stated in the lab's confirmation.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the watch is delivered to you (art. 63 Consumer Code). Please check the parcel on delivery and report any visible damage to the courier and to the lab.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason (art. 52 and following, Consumer Code). To do so, send a clear statement to lab@astrabyss.it; you may also use the model withdrawal form in Annex I, part B of the Consumer Code.

• Return the watch within 14 days of your withdrawal, by a secure, tracked courier.
• The direct cost of returning the watch is paid by you.
• The watch must come back unworn, without scratches or marks, complete with its packaging and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine it (art. 57 Consumer Code).
• We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the watch has been received and inspected; once the return is approved we aim to refund within 2 days.

Exchanges for a different model follow the same rules; shipping both ways is paid by the buyer.

7. Warranty

Every watch has the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (art. 128 and following, Consumer Code) from delivery. In case of a manufacturing defect, the lab repairs or replaces the watch at no cost or, where that is not possible, reduces the price or refunds it.

Normal wear, accidents, improper use, theft or loss, and work carried out by other watchmakers are not manufacturing defects. Details are in the FAQ. Your rights as a consumer under the law always remain unaffected.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live or are domiciled has jurisdiction (art. 66-bis Consumer Code), and any mandatory protection given to you by the law of your EU country of residence still applies. For buyers who are not consumers, the court of [TO COMPLETE: city of the competent court] has exclusive jurisdiction.

To settle a dispute out of court you may also turn to an ADR body under art. 141 and following of the Consumer Code.
