We work this way so that every order is handled by a person, and every watch is checked in our workshop before it leaves.

Every watch is inspected individually in our workshop before dispatch.

Once payment is received and the final checks are passed, your watch ships with UPS Express. Delivery usually takes 48–72 hours.

Express shipping is free and included in the price.

You can return or exchange your watch within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, including choosing a different model.

It must come back to us exactly as it left:

• Never worn
• No scratches, marks or other damage
• In its original condition, as received

Please use a secure, reliable courier for the return.

Shipping for a return or exchange, both ways, is paid by the buyer and depends on your country. For an exact quote, send us your delivery address before you order.

When the watch arrives, we inspect it. Once the return is approved, your refund is issued within 2 days.

Every Astrabyss is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. If a component fails because of a manufacturing fault, our workshop repairs or replaces it at no cost.

What the warranty does not cover

Theft or loss

The warranty does not cover a watch that is stolen or lost.

Normal wear

Signs of use and age are not defects. This includes scratches or marks on the crystal, case or other parts from everyday wear.

Accidents and improper use

Damage from misuse, negligence, missed maintenance or accidents, including:

• Drops or impacts
• Scratches, crushing or deformation
• Broken crystal
• Improper use
• Excessive vibration or external force
• Not following the care and use instructions

Any fault caused directly or indirectly by the cases above is excluded.

Making a claim

Contact the lab. Our workshop assesses the watch and confirms whether the issue is covered.

An Astrabyss is built to be repaired, serviced and worn for generations, not replaced. With the right care, it has no set end of life.

We choose every material to cut waste without giving up quality, durability or character.

Responsible packaging

Every shipment is packed in 100% recycled cardboard and recycled plastic. The presentation box combines paper and aluminium with vegan coatings.

100% animal-free

No part of an Astrabyss, straps included, is made from animal-derived materials.

Your watch is serviced in our workshop in Italy by the same watchmakers who assembled it. They know its construction from the first day.

Parts for the long term

Our Italian supply network ships replacement parts worldwide. If you prefer your own watchmaker, we can supply the Astrabyss parts they need, subject to availability and the work required.

Servicing elsewhere

You are free to use any qualified watchmaker. Work done outside our workshop is independent of the lab, so we cannot guarantee the watch's performance, function or water resistance afterwards.

For full peace of mind, send it back to us.

Built to be kept

A long life takes more than a repairable design. It takes the knowledge, craft and parts to maintain the watch for as long as you own it. From the first assembly to every service, the same hands stay with your Astrabyss.

Every Meta is individually water-tested at the end of assembly, with a stated resistance of 300 m.

Water resistance depends on the gaskets: use, time and impacts can degrade them. We recommend a periodic water-resistance check at our lab, and in any case after a significant impact or before demanding dives.

If the watch is opened by an outside watchmaker, water resistance is no longer guaranteed by the Lab.

Rinse the watch with fresh water after the sea or a pool and dry it with a soft cloth.

Avoid perfumes, solvents and aggressive chemicals on the bracelet and gaskets.

If the watch stays still for a long time, restart it with a few turns of the crown.

We ship worldwide with UPS Express: express shipping is free and included in the price.

For destinations outside the European Union, any duties and customs taxes are payable by the recipient.
